Purchase Information

The general size for each large uncured cane I sell will be approximately 2cm in diameter by 4cm in length. Exact length will be posted for each cane. These canes can be reduced to smaller diameter later (with the design intact) to suit your bead designs. Slice the canes thinly for your bead projects and the canes should last you for a long while to make many beautiful beads. Your imagination has no limit so remember to have fun in the process!

Cane prices will vary according to how intricate a design is.

*Trial size canes in smaller versions will also be available.*

~ I also have uncured scrap clays for sale that can be part of the bead base for a small fee. These will be great for experiments so you don't waste fresh new clays. Please ask if I have any to spare. ~


CUSTOMISED CANES

Though it will not be available at this point of time, I hope to be able to offer this option to you in the near future.


PACKING AND SHIPPING

Large canes will be wrapped in cling wrap for hygiene purpose and placed into individual plastic vials to avoid your canes being squashed during transition. The vials are recyclable and can be used to store your unused canes or beads. Your package will then be bubbled wrapped for maximum protection.

*A minimum purchase of 3 trial size canes is required to be placed into the plastic vials. If you purchase less than that, it will be protected with cling wrap & bubble wrap only.*

Local handling and standard shipping fee are inclusive in the published price.
For registered mail option, please add SGD2.50.

For overseas buyers, the handling and shipping fee is as follow :

Handling fee & 1 item in bag - SGD6.00
Subsequent items in bag - add SGD1.00 per item
All mail will be sent via registered airmail.

Once payment transactions are cleared, please allow up to 3 working days for me to ship your package.

Discounts are not applicable at this time.

*I will ensure that your mailing address is correct at the time of mail. Once the package is out, I will not be responsible for any possible misadventures by the post office. Therefore if you are concerned, please take up registered mail service.*


RETURN POLICY

Once canes are sent and received, I will not be able to accept returns or refunds at this point of time, unless there is an error on my part. Thank you for your understanding.


PAYMENT MODE

Local interbank transfer is preferred for Singapore buyers. If Paypal is your choice, a SGD3.00 transaction fee will be imposed.

Paypal is preferred for all overseas transactions.
